The house was built in 2001. It offers an expansive pool area by a freshwater canal in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

The saltwater pool system provides healthier water benefits. No red-eye, rashes, swimsuits fading, and other chlorine-related problems. Lots of room to lay on the pool deck and enjoy the Florida sun.

The house offers a wide-open floor plan in addition to the 3 bedrooms there is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a pool bath, and a formal dining area.

Wireless internet and phone is provided as well.

Shopping is less than 5 min away.

The Cape Coral Yacht Club, Pool, Tennis Courts and BEACH is just 6 miles down the road, or its just a short 25-minute ride to all the shopping and excitement in Fort Myers Beach. Bring the supplied beach chairs and watch the sunset over the water. Are you up for a round of golf? Courses are a quick 2.5 miles away or tee off in one of the other many greens in the Cape or Fort Meyers. Tons of shopping opportunities are nearby or relax by the peaceful waterway off the back patio. Bring your swimsuit and start your tropical oasis vacation. With the pool facing south, enjoy the sunshine of Florida year-round. Catch your dinner out your back door with the fishing equipment and prepare them fresh on the outdoor grill! The rates shown above are for 1 – 2 guests. Each additional guest $10/day. All prices plus 11,5% Tax (6,5% sales tax and 5% tourist tax). Rate includes electricity up to 150 kWh per week (additional use US $0.15/KWH) Cleaning Fee: US $170, Security deposit: US $500. Jan – March: 30 day min. stay preferred.
