This is the canal front residence that you’ve been dreaming about! There is nothing quite like Tropical waterfront living in the screened heated pool and spa, as well as a private dock with a boat lift and Tiki Hut on 80ft of seawall, all situated in a lushly landscaped back yard. Tranquil serenity awaits as your private view allows you to watch the fish jump out of the water and wait for the breathtaking sunsets overlooking the preserve. An approximately half-hour boat ride allows you to enjoy the intercoastal waters without any bridges between you and the Gulf. This home is approx. 2,500ft with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and has an open living, dining, and kitchen concept layout granting you waterfront views of the pool and canal.
