Procedure to book this property:  

The prices on our site are only a non-binding summary/overview for possible bookings and the associated costs. No bookings can be immediately and bindingly confirmed on our site.  We make every effort to keep our booking calendar up to date for each property. Nevertheless, in individual cases, it may happen that owners have not yet notified us of new bookings. Since we want to make sure that the property is really available in the period you have requested, we will always check with the respective owners again for security reasons.  This can take up to 24 hours, but usually, we can give you a binding answer within a few hours.  This is how the inquiry works:

  • Enter your data in our application form for the respective property – or send us a general inquiry.  Please tell us the desired travel period, the number of persons traveling with you and  other wishes ( e.g. waterfront, gulf access, gated…. )
  • We will immediately contact the respective owner(s) for you
  • After 24 hours at the latest, you will receive a binding answer from us. This email contains all costs incurred for this period. Please note that these may differ slightly from the prices on the pages of the respective object.  From this period on, the requested object is reserved for you for 24 hours without obligation and free of charge
  • We should therefore receive your confirmation within 24 hours. After this period the object is also bookable for other guests. We may have to make a new request to the owner for you if you do not inform us of your acceptance until later.
  • Please inform us of your acceptance in writing by email. Verbal confirmations cannot be accepted.
  • You will receive a confirmation from us immediately afterward and shortly afterward the rental contract containing all conditions.
  • Please print it out, sign it and send it to us again by email.
  • We will send you another copy, now also signed by us or the owner, for your records. Only after receiving this copy is the contract binding for both parties.
  • The contract contains all regulations for your payments. Usually, a 30% deposit is due upon the conclusion of the contract. The remaining payment is usually due about 4 weeks before the start of the trip.
  • Many of our owners have different regulations concerning additional costs such as cleaning and deposit.  This information can also be found in the rental contract.
