High Season pricing ( Nov. 15th  – March 31st  ) 

  • $190 per day for up to 4 people 
  • $5.200 per month for up to 4 people ( min. stay 6 weeks )
  • each additional guest:  $70 per week
  • 11.5% taxes will be added to rental price  
  • max. occupancy 10 guests
  • 150 KwH electric per week included. Exceeding power will be charged w. $0.15 / KwH at check out 
  • $25 check in fee 
  • $25 check out fee  
  • cleaning fee $180 for up to 4 people ( + $10 p.P extra )
  • $500 security deposit 
  • Owner might ask for increased security deposit if tenant travels with pets    

Off season pricing ( April 1st – Nov. 14th ) 

  • $160 per day for up to 4 people 
  • $4.200 per month for up to 4 people ( min. stay 6 weeks )
  • each additional guest: $70 per week
  • 11.5% taxes will be added to rental price  
  • max. occupancy 8 people
  • 150 KwH electric per weeks included. Exceeding power will be charged w. $0.15 / KwH at check out  
  • $25 check in fee 
  • $25 check out fee 
  • cleaning fee $180 for up to 4 people ( + $10 p.P. extra )
  • $500 security deposit
  • Owner might ask for increased security deposit if tenant travels with pets
This is how it works:
Since all booking calendar on our website are current, you can go ahead and book the home right here.  You will receive a confirmation email immediately. Within 1 – 24 hours the booking will be confirmed  – you receive another email containing the contact information from the property owner.  The owner also receives your contact information at the same time. You then need to get in touch with each other. The owner might or might not insist to have a separate rental agreement with you. The agreement should have the same rental amount,  unless you travel with pets, or stay for a longer period which might increase the required  security deposit. Each owner has his or her own payment  – and cancellation fee. If no additional agreement is signed, then the following payment and cancellation schedule is part of this agreement: 
 
A deposit of 30% of total rental amount is due at signing of the agreement and no later than 7 days after this agreement was accepted from both parties.  The remaining balance is due four (4) weeks before arriving at the property
 
If the Rental Agreement is signed within a time period shorter than four (4) weeks before begin of the rental period, the entire rental amount is due no later than seven (7) days after the executed agreement. In the event of cancellation within four (4) weeks of the beginning rental date or in the event of actual non-rental, the entire rental amount is nonetheless due and payable. Should the Tenant violate the required payment schedule, the Landlord is authorized to cancel the Agreement without allowing for a grace period, and the Landlord may rent the property at any time to another party without further notice.  As cancellation penalty, the Tenant shall pay the Landlord 15% of the rental price and shall be liable for possible additional costs.
 
Travel cancellation/Payment schedule:
You may cancel the Agreement at any time before beginning travel. Your costs in the event of cancellation are as follows: 
  • From effective date of Agreement up to 57 days before begin of rental period – 30% of the rental amount.
  • Up to 8 weeks before begin of rental period (time period 56 to 43 days until begin of rental period) – 50% of booking price.
  • Up to 6 weeks before begin of rental period (time period 42 to 29 days until begin of rental period) – 75% of booking price.
  • Up to 4 weeks before begin of rental period (time period 28-0 days until begin of rental period) – 100% of booking price
