Rental Agreement

Fair Commission
The commission is only due after a successful rental agreement was delivered. We only charge 15% commission- the standard rate for these services is already 20%
Keep what you have
Keep your existing property management, cleaning company etc. We are not looking for these services.
Use us alongside other platforms - no problem!
If you get a booking on another vacation rental sites (like HomeAway, VBRO or Airbnb) we automatically import those bookings into the calendar on our website. This period is then automatically blocked and cannot be booked by anyone else. No more double bookings.
You control your availability
All calendars of all our homes are always current. We achieve this with our free of charge online calendar tool. As an owner, you can login and quickly set and update your property availability by yourself.
Your place, your rules
YOU (by yourself) can change your average daily rental rate at any given time right in our calendar (eg. mother day weekends, football or game weekends etc...) and increases rates accordingly.
Smart Pricing
Our software calculates the correct rental price if there are more guests based on higher deposit or cleaning fee.
Sophisticated Calendars
Integrating our calendars on other websites is easy. Owners will have access to detailed video's explaining everything step by step.
