Welcome to this 2,200 square foot waterfront home in beautiful Cape Coral of Southwest Florida. It is a fully furnished 4-bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms. There are two queen bedrooms, one full bed and one with two twin beds accommodating a total of 8 guests. The spacious kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances is great for entertaining your family and friends. You can enjoy the beautiful views of the water from the master bedroom or relaxing in the heated pool and hot tub. The pool area is fully screened and is furnished with a dining table and chairs. You can relax by the pool in our bamboo lounge chairs or enjoy an evening next to our fire pit on the dock.

The saltwater canal and surrounding area is the home of wildlife. You can enjoy this right from the dock and even catch your own dinner with the included fishing poles or enjoy a nice boat ride or fishing trip through the canals to Caloosahatchee River and to the Gulf of Mexico. We are near Cape Harbor where you can rent a boat and dock it right in the backyard on the available boat lift. Cape Coral is home of over 400 miles of canals to accommodate your boating, fishing and water activities. With sunshine and average temperatures in mid-70 degrees Fahrenheit

You can spend your day at the pool, beach, tennis, golf, downtown farmers market, Miromar and Tanger Outlet mall, shopping at Coconut Pointe, theatre at Barbara B. Mann or the parks of southwest Florida. There are many fine-dining restaurants located throughout the area or we are within an hour from the beaches and island activities found on Sanibel and Captiva Island. There are several beaches in area from Fort Myers, Naples, Sanibel and Captiva Island. You are only several hours from Disney World, Universal Studio, Busch Gardens and SeaWorld theme parks and about 5.5 hours from Key West.

Perfectly situated on a quiet wide canal, you will quickly find that this home’s location is unbeatable! Cape Coral, the Venice of America, is crossed with canals with a total length 300+ miles in which fish and turtles play, water birds of all types and even a few manatees come by! From Cape Coral, you can reach all of tourist highlights of the southwest. There is no better home base for a great Florida holiday. Because in Cape Coral it is quiet and above all safe. Cape Coral has the lowest crime rate in comparable cities in all of the USA.

Procedure to book this property:  

The prices on our site are only a non-binding summary/overview for possible bookings and the associated costs. No bookings can be immediately and bindingly confirmed on our site.  We make every effort to keep our booking calendar up to date for each property. Nevertheless, in individual cases, it may happen that owners have not yet notified us of new bookings. Since we want to make sure that the property is really available in the period you have requested, we will always check with the respective owners again for security reasons.  This can take up to 24 hours, but usually, we can give you a binding answer within a few hours.  This is how the inquiry works:

• Enter your data in our application form for the respective property – or send us a general inquiry.  Please tell us the desired travel period, the number of persons traveling with you and  other wishes ( e.g. waterfront, gulf access, gated…. )
• We will immediately contact the respective owner(s) for you
• After 24 hours at the latest, you will receive a binding answer from us. This email contains all costs incurred for this period. Please note that these may differ slightly from the prices on the pages of the respective object.  From this period on, the requested object is reserved for you for 24 hours without obligation and free of charge
• We should therefore receive your confirmation within 24 hours. After this period the object is also bookable for other guests. We may have to make a new request to the owner for you if you do not inform us of your acceptance until later.
• Please inform us of your acceptance in writing by email. Verbal confirmations cannot be accepted.
• You will receive a confirmation from us immediately afterward and shortly afterward the rental contract containing all conditions.
• Please print it out, sign it and send it to us again by email.
• We will send you another copy, now also signed by us or the owner, for your records. Only after receiving this copy is the contract binding for both parties.
• The contract contains all regulations for your payments. Usually, a 30% deposit is due upon the conclusion of the contract. The remaining payment is usually due about 4 weeks before the start of the trip.
• Many of our owners have different regulations concerning additional costs such as cleaning and deposit.  This information can also be found in the rental contract.
