Information about rental rates & conditions

Rental rates are based on occupancy with 1 – 2 guests. Rates vary between seasons and length of stay. Long term rates are always negotiable, It never hurts to ask for a SPECIAL rate

Rates during the off-season ( April 1t – November 31st )

  • $120 / day plus 11.5% taxes
  • Each additional guests: $10  / day plus taxes

Rates during high season ( December 1st – March 31st )

  • $170 / day plus 11.5% taxes
  • Each additional guest: $15 / day plus taxes

Deposit: $500

    • The deposit depends on the number of guests 
    • The deposit depends on the lengths of stay 

Cleaning fee: $160

    • Cleaning fee changes with the number of guests 
    • $160 for 1 – 4 guests. Each additional guest + $15

Other fees: 

  • Check-in / check-out fee: $25 each
  • 11.5% taxes will be added to the rental price 
  • BBQ cleaning fee: $ 80 if not cleaned by tenant 
  • 150 KW power per week is included in the rent. Exceeding power will be charged with 0.15 / kWh 
  • Water is included in rent base rate
  • Additional fee for guests with animals: depends on the pet 

This is how it works:

Fill out the booking form and send it to us. We double-check with the owner to make sure the home is really available for the time and number of guests requested. As soon as the owner confirmes, we will send you a confirmation email. You have to confirm one more time if you want to proceed with the booking. After we received the binding confirmation, either we or the owner will get in touch with you and email you the rental agreement. Read it, sign it and email it back to us and the owner.

All payments go directly to the owner. All information about the property, access info, cancellation policy, etc. will be mentioned in the rental agreement by the owner.

Often you “get what you pay for” but this home was different: It’s absolutely great, clean and therefore a very good deal. We love the kitchen and the furniture and we are coming back next year.

Wir waren am Anfang ein wenig skeptisch, weil das Haus nicht am Wasser liegt, aber unsere Bedenken wurden sofort beim Betreten zerstreut. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt überaus günstig. Tagsüber haben wir oft den sehr privaten uneinsehbaren Pool genoßen und Abends konnten wir zu Fuß in die vielen umliegenend Restaurants laufen. Wir waren schon oft in Cape Coral, aber für diesen Preis konnten wir uns kein besseres Objekt wünschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder
