Information about rental rates & conditions

Further information about pricing

The base price differs between season ( Winter ) and off-season ( summer ) and is valid by occupancy with up to 4 guests. Additional guests will be charged extra.  Long term bookings will have lower prices depending on the lengths of stay and the time of the year. During holidays and special events ( Thanksgiving, Christmas, 4th of July etc. ) rates might also be adjusted. The rates are:

  • $195/ day during the off-season if booked for min. 4 weeks.
  • $225/ day during the off-season for short-term booking less than 4 weeks
  • each additional guest during the off-season: $10 / day
  • $275/ day during high season if booked for at least 6 weeks
  • $325/ day during high season for short-term bookings less than 6 weeks
  • each additional guest during high season: $15 / day
  • Attention: Long-term rates are not automatically calculated correctly. Please send a request via email before booking
  • All above prices plus 11.5% taxes
  • Check-in fee: $25
  • Check-out fee: $25
  • Attention: This system does not automatically recognize holidays where prices may be increased by up to 20%. You will always receive a rental agreement draft containing the correct charges
  • 150 KW for power consumption per week is included in the rental price.
  • Exceeding power will be charged with $0.18 / Kw
  • The security deposit varies depending on the length of stay and number of guests. Min. $500
  •  Pets are welcome but must be mentioned before booking. Higher deposit depending on the pet
  • Cleaning fee: Base fee ( up to 4 guests ): $250- each additional guest + $15 . Pet: + $20
  • BBQ cleaning fee: $80 if necessary after leaving the property

This is how it works:

Fill out the booking form and send it to us. We double-check with the owner to make sure the home is really available for the time and number of guests requested. As soon as the owner confirms, we will send you a confirmation email. You have to confirm one more time if you want to proceed with the booking. After we received the binding confirmation, either we or the owner will get in touch with you and email you the rental agreement. Read it, sign it and email it back to us and the owner.

All payments go directly to the owner. All information about the property, access info, cancellation policy, etc. will be mentioned in the rental agreement by the owner.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 6 wks. It was wonderful to escape the cold in Ontario, Canada. Everything was wonderful. Mike was so easy to work with. The house was spotlessly clean & everything worked perfectly. Looking forward to renting this gorgeous home again.

Häuser mit 4 Schlafzimmern sind schon selten, aber 5 Schlafzimmer gibt es noch weniger. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern, deren Partnern und unseren Eltern unterwegs. Das Haus war ideal. Dank den vielen Zimmern konnte jeder auch mal ein wenig Privatssphäre geniessen. Die Hausverwaltung hat sich um all unsere Fragen und Belange sofort gekuemmert. Eins ist sicher: Wir kommen wieder
